Responsibilities: SEEKING FULL-TIME LPN Are you an LPN seeking a fulfilling role where you can truly connect with those you care for? We're actively seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dedicated team. Here, you'll be an integral part of our residents' daily lives, helping them maintain their vitality and independence. As an LPN, you'll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Collect, report, and document patient data, observe and report changes in condition to the RN. *Contribute to individualized patient care plans, including establishing goals and developing interventions. *Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians. *Communicate pertinent patient data to the RN and/or physician. *Monitor and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring job duties are performed according to policies and procedures. *Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and maintain accurate drug counts.
