PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.5x8.0-810832, 40 hours per week, starting September 28th.The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
