Who You Are Results driven Safety First Mindset Team Player What You Will Be Doing Fabricates cut aluminum stock using drills and other tools. Attaches hardware as appropriate. Cuts aluminum stock with saw as needed. Keeps work area neat, safe, clean, hazard free. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each day. Must be able to read a tape measure. Inspects products for abnormalities and notifies supervisor immediately of any issues. Must be willing to be cross‑trained and move to other areas when needed. Works as part of a team. Has regular and predictable attendance, able to safely perform tasks. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Follows all company rules and policies. Has a history of great work attendance. Shows sense of urgency with ability to advance in the organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills You Bring Ability to read a tape measure. Proficiency in operating machinery. Attention to detail. Ability to use power tools. Previous custom door experience a plus. Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance. Must be able to push weights greater than 150 lbs. with a team. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must have strong hand‑eye coordination / detail oriented.
