Pay Rate: $19.60/hr

Shift: 5:00pm

Description:

Stand-By Personnel is seeking Brake Press Helpers for a growing industrial facility in Claremore. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist brake press operators with setup and operation of machines
Load and position metal materials onto the brake press
Support forming and bending of metal components
Measure and verify parts to ensure specifications are met
Perform basic quality checks on finished products
Maintain clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to read a tape measure preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion
Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat, noise, dust)
