As an LNA, you will provide high-quality, individualized care for clients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Your expertise will allow clients to maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the support they need./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliDeliver hands-on personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility assistance./liliMonitor and document changes in clients physical and mental health, ensuring timely communication with supervisors./liliSupport clients with daily living activities, promoting autonomy while ensuring safety./liliAdminister non-medical support, including helping clients with medication reminders and basic exercises as prescribed./liliPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and ensure the overall tidiness of the clients home./liliPlan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients preferences and dietary restrictions./liliProvide transportation to appointments or accompany clients on errands, ensuring their comfort and safety during trips./liliBuild professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families to enhance the care experience./liliUse your clinical knowledge to provide compassionate care, ensuring client dignity is maintained at all times./liliAttend ongoing training, team meetings, and workshops to stay updated on best practices in caregiving./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ullistrong LNA license /strong in Arizona required./lilistrong 1 year or more of caregiving experience /strong in personal or professional settings./liliStrong knowledge of patient safety protocols and best practices for home-based care./liliExcellent communication skills to work with clients, families, and care teams./liliReliable transportation and flexibility in working schedules./liliAbility to pass a background check./li/ulh3Benefits:/h3ulliMedical, dental and vision/liliPay range of $16.50 up to $18.25/hour, with performance-based raises and opportunities for advancement./liliFlexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, weekends)./lilistrong DailyPay through ZayZoon /strong Access your pay whenever you need it!
