Job Description

A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Supervisor/Facilities Manager/Chief Engineer position is available at a market-rate apartment community in Junction City, KS. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

The apartment community is an approx. 450-unit apartment community with a free two-bedroom apartment. EPA and HVAC certification required.

Qualifications for this position include:

3-4+ years of experience in the maintenance field
Multifamily housing experience preferred
Make Ready
Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
Apartment turns / Work orders
Honest, loyal, and reliable
