Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Freeport, IL, 61032 Grade Level: K–12 (District-Wide) Start Date: August 20, 2026 Schedule: Part-Time (2 Days/Week) | Onsite | 14 Hours/Week Hourly Rate: $50–60/hour About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12. You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation. What You’ll Do Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings District-wide K–12 caseload Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills Why Join AnthroMed Education Part-time flexibility with a consistent school-year schedule Competitive hourly compensation of $50–60/hour Access to a dedicated Clinical Support team Therapy resources, CEUs, and professional development opportunities A collaborative, responsive culture focused on supporting clinicians Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support throughout the school year AnthroMed Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
