The Trupiano Agency of Globe Life Liberty National Division is seeking motivated individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career helping families protect their financial future. This is a commission based job and opportunity to make bonuses and residual income.

As Management Trainee, you will meet with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide customized life and supplemental health coverage solutions. You will also build lasting relationships with clients while growing your own book of business and career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients in person to discuss insurance and benefit options

- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental health coverage

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Manage client information and follow-up using company CRM systems

- Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development programs

- Maintain and grow a personal book of business through referrals and networking

 

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Coachable and eager to learn

- Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (training provided)

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
