Billing Specialist I

LaSalle Network is partnering with a global retail marketing organization, to bring on a Billing Specialist to support their team during a high-volume billing cycle. Position Overview This role will focus on accurate invoice processing, reconciliation, and month-end support while partnering closely with internal account teams and offshore partners. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals looking to grow within a structured, fast‑paced environment. Billing Specialist Responsibilities Support high‑volume client billing by reviewing dashboards, billing notes, and preparing accurate invoices in line with established guidelines Assist with billing analysis, reconciliations, and ledger reviews to identify discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately Partner with internal Account Teams and offshore partners (EXL and OGS) to resolve billing questions and ensure alignment on client requirements Support month‑end close activities including accruals, WIP reviews, unbilled A/R analysis, and related reporting support What’s Needed 1–2 years of accounting, billing, or finance experience with a strong foundational understanding of accounting principles Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong Excel skills including formulas, data validation, and reconciliation work Experience with billing, invoicing, reconciliations, or ERP systems (JD Edwards / AS400) What’s in it For Me?
