Position Overview HVAC/R Technician – Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center, 2nd shift, full‑time, $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities Complete work orders for HVAC/R equipment across the property. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain accurate logs. Conduct duty rounds using daily checklists and report any issues. Identify equipment problems, initiate and complete necessary repairs. Use Building Management System and Life Safety Systems as required. Maintain a clean, safe workspace, inventory of tools, and required PPE. Assist other trades with maintenance requests when necessary. Qualifications Minimum two years of building maintenance experience. Minimum one year of HVAC/R repair experience or HVAC/R school certification. EPA CFC TypeI and TypeII certification (required). Universal certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and plumbing blueprints. Proficiency with trade tools. Texas driver’s license with a good driving record (preferred).
