Seasonal Kids Club Supervisor

Job Overview Develops, coordinates and implements summer and holiday activity programs for children of members and apartment guests. Seasonal position ending October 5, 2026. Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.00 Benefits Free daily meal and salad bar Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (based on employment status) Paid vacation, sick, and holiday time Dining discounts for employees and up to 6 guests at the Marine Room, The Shores Restaurant, and Club Dining Property retail shop and hotel discounts Schedule Must be available to work holidays and weekends. Work shifts are generally rotated; business needs determine hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate calendar of social events, programs and activities for junior members and hotel guests ages 3‑10 during summer months. Communicate with parents regarding activities, policies and enrollment procedures. Arrange medical attention for an ill or injured child per parental or company instructions. Interview and recommend hiring of activities staff in conjunction with director. Provide quality service to guests meeting or exceeding expectations. Purchase supplies for planned activities and approved events. Obtain and maintain current CPR & First Aid Training Card. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and evaluate the Kid’s Club Attendants. Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or equivalent; or five years of related experience. Previous experience in a camp or school setting required. Ability to read/interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in English. Basic mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate discounts, percentages. Reasoning ability: apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems. Current CPR & First Aid Training Card required. Physical Demands Regularly talk or hear; stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Visual abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Working Conditions Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts. Noise level usually moderate to loud.
