Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and completing repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventative maintenance (PMs) and equipment inspectionsDiagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtimeReplace and align belts, chains, bearings, gearboxes, and other drive componentsTroubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, and 240V/480V 3-phase electrical systemsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and production changeoversRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentationAccurately complete work orders and maintenance recordsFollow all safety, quality, and GMP standardsRequired Qualifications3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience working with 240V, 480V, and 3-phase motor systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and chainsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience performing and documenting preventative maintenanceAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsPreferred ExperienceHigh-speed manufacturing, packaging, or production equipmentFilling, palletizing, blow molding, or conveyor systemsGMP or food and beverage manufacturing environmentsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
