Charter Senior Living of North Park Place – Sioux City, IA Pay: $17–$19/hr (+$0.75/hr shift differential for our 2p-10p shifts) Shifts Available: 6:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–10:00pm

Now Hiring: CMA / Medication Aide

We're looking for a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) who's reliable, organized, and comfortable managing both resident care and medication administration in an assisted living setting.

If you like staying busy, working with a team, and building real relationships with residents—this is a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Follow and document care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized med carts and work areas
• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Communicate with nurses and leadership as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active CMA (Certified Medication Aide) certification (required)
• Previous assisted living, senior care, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail (especially with medications)
• Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks during a shift
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$19/hr base pay
• Consistent full-time shifts:
• 6a–2p
• 2p–10p (+$0.75/hr shift differential)
