Communications Manager

To support effective funder engagement, the remote Communications Manager will plan, manage, and implement funder-specific communications while collaborating closely with the Development and Monitoring & Learning Teams to translate strategies into compelling materials and narratives. Key responsibilities Develop and manage funder-facing communications that align with organizational strategies and effectively engage potential donors Plan and implement donor communications in coordination with the Development Team to enhance fundraising efforts Collaborate across teams to create high-quality materials for funder outreach, including presentations, reports, and updates on impact Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, focusing on donor or funder engagement Proven ability to develop fundraising narratives and donor reports in a nonprofit or philanthropic context Strong skills in translating complex strategies into clear messages for diverse audiences Experience working with development teams and understanding funder engagement cycles Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required); additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Indonesian are a plus
