Clinical Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing Private Duty Home Care organization. They are looking to add a Clinical Supervisor to several locations in Florida: Fort Myers, Ocala, and Saint Petersburg.

A Registered Nurse with clinical supervisory experience is required. Skilled Home Health / Home Care experience is ideal. Must be able to perform patient visits as necessary. Strong field nurse or case management experience in home care may be considered for those looking to step into a leadership role. Clinical Manager Job Requirements

• Skilled Home Health / Home Care experience.
• Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and applicable Home Care regulations.
• Ability to see patients.

Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of all clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Train, and educate staff.
• Perform patient visits as needed.
