Spare Part Coordinator

Responsibilities Visit customers’ locations to develop and maintain. Maintain contact with the Airport Industry, Customers and other Airlines staff for the use of new leads. Work with all departments to increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining focus on increasing spare parts sales. Develops and manages department Goals and Strategies and annual department budget. Enter sale orders, provide parts quotes, Enter RMA, Maintain parts sale new orders and follow-through O’s daily shipments. Replacement ordering with minimum order quantity and consumption of spare parts in coordination with the TKAS Office-Factory Managers and Supervisors. Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates. Ensure that spare parts obsolescence is minimum and as per budgeted provisions. Proactive daily sales calls. Qualifications Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Sales is a must. Skilled in time‑management and able to work independently. Skilled in customer relations. Skilled in both written and oral communication with all levels of an organization both internally and externally. Ability to multi‑task, plan and prioritize work, and attention to detail. Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning. Educational Qualifications Incumbent must possess excellent management skills and strong communication, leadership and customer service and sales experience. 5 to 10 years’ experience in Airport industry spare parts sales. College degree or equivalent level of management experience is required. A strong orientation to detail, organization and ability to delegate is necessary.
