Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and optimizing business processes for safety, efficiency, and compliance. Lead daily labor planning and sort operations in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on dock safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and overall compliance. Collaborate with Contracted Service Providers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure service alignment.
