HR Learning & Development Specialist

Hope Network is seeking an HR Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training that supports our mission-driven behavioral health and disability services. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop curricula, and facilitate engaging onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs for clinical and non-clinical staff. You will partner with leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, track outcomes, and support a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and person-centered care across our Mount Clemens team.
