What This Role Actually Is
This is a business-building opportunity, not a desk job. You'll work with clients to protect what they've built and grow long-term wealth, using relationships you've already spent years earning. We run a non-captive model, which means you keep your independence and have real flexibility in how you serve clients.

What We're Looking For
- Someone who's known for showing up and following through
- A genuine network in your community that you've built on trust
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to run your own operation
- Willingness to get licensed (Life and Health, SIE, Series 7) if you aren't already
- A four-year degree is preferred but your track record matters more
