Regional Support Supervisor - Novato, CA

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Regional Support Supervisor. Responsibilities Lead a team of Regional Support Leads to drive team success. Oversee all aspects of hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of Regional Support Leads. Conduct staff orientation and ongoing training and development. Prepare staff schedules, manage vacation requests, review and approve timecards. Perform annual performance reviews and performance management as needed. Act as main point of contact for all Regional Support Leads within an assigned market. Serve as liaison to branch leadership and Regional Vice Presidents. Act as the knowledge expert for a non‑CES deal. Identify customer needs and proactively maintain positive experiences, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with marketing/field leadership to build agent awareness of services and position to newly affiliated or pending affiliation agents. Continuously evaluate procedures, seek improvements, and analyze customer feedback to prepare reports for review and recommendation. Work with other teams within the center to seek overall improvements for your LOC(s). Qualifications 5–7 years of business experience, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred. Prior real estate and customer service experience strongly preferred. Strong coaching and training ability to motivate staff and provide feedback. Ability to work remotely with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume paperless environment while ensuring quality work from team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. People‑first approach, coaching team on providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. Proficiency with multiple software systems and ability to navigate them competently. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, gathering and analyzing information thoughtfully and maintaining confidentiality. History of effective collaboration with different departments and leaders. Adaptable, able to prioritize and manage competing demands and willing to try new things.
