You'll utilize sewer camera and hydro-jetting equipment to inspect lines, identify problems, clear blockages, and provide accurate information to our sales and service teamsLooking for cross-training opportunities in other trades? You got it!$20 - $30 an hourWhat You'll DoPerform residential sewer and drain camera inspections to identify blockages, damage, root intrusion, and other piping issuesOperate hydro-jetting equipment to clear roots, grease, buildup, and other obstructions from drain and sewer linesUtilize locating equipment to identify the location and depth of underground sewer and drain linesAccurately diagnose drain and sewer issues and document inspection findingsCommunicate findings clearly to homeowners and internal sales/service team membersIdentify situations where sewer or drain repair, replacement, or additional service may be necessaryPerform drain cleaning and preventative maintenance as neededSafely operate, clean, and maintain camera, jetting, and drain-cleaning equipmentProvide homeowners with a professional and positive customer experienceMaintain accurate documentation of completed inspections and servicesFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, plumbing, or a related field preferredHands-on experience operating sewer inspection cameras and/or hydro-jetting equipment strongly preferredAbility to identify common drain and sewer problems through camera inspectionsFamiliarity with drain snakes, sewer locators, and other drain-cleaning equipment is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working independently in residential homes and communicating directly with homeownersAbility to perform the physical requirements associated with drain and sewer service workStrong attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate inspection findingsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordDependable, safety-minded, and eager to continue developing technical skills
