What You'll Do: The 3P Order Selector accurately fulfills customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products both manually and using material handling equipment. They also support warehouse operations including picking, receiving, replenishment, put-away, and order loading to ensure timely order fulfillment Pay rate: $22.01 Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm (plus overtime) Must be comfortable working with pet food products and able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs or more. Use assigned tools and equipment safely and as instructed Ensure pallets are properly stacked, secured, and meet company standards Verify tote IDs and stage orders correctly for transport Maintain clean aisles and follow “clean as you go” practices Meet or exceed accuracy and productivity goals as directed Promote a safe work environment and report any issues promptly Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety expectations Download, print, invoice, and manage daily orders in warehouse systems Maintain scanner/equipment logs and manage system reboots Union position with Teamsters Local No 848 What We're Looking For: Knowledge of items that are in stock and to be shipped Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match to visible items and other data.
