As an ECB Admissions Specialist, you will be required to work a minimum 24 hrs. per month + 1 summer and 1 winter holiday (Sat & Sun Days or Nights).  This position will work during the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm and every other Saturday. No holidays required! This position qualifies for our full benefits package, including our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses!

The Admissions Specialist is responsible for interviewing patients and completing admission process, ensuring hospital records are accurate and informing patients of hospital’s policies. register patients, review demographics, update insurance (if needed), collect any portion due and have patient sign correct forms. 

• What’s required of you? High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Do I need experience? One year in healthcare admissions.
• Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.
