About the Role Vibe Day Spa & Salon is seeking a polished, results‑driven professional to lead client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our luxury salon and spa business. This is a high‑impact role focused on driving sales, managing the lead pipeline, converting inquiries into loyal guests, and maximizing appointment volume. This is not a traditional administrative role. You will work behind the scenes and throughout the business to generate bookings, nurture relationships, recover missed opportunities, and help grow recurring revenue. What You’ll Do Manage all inbound leads including phone calls, online inquiries, texts, referrals, and walk‑ins Convert prospective guests into booked appointments through consultative selling and confident closing Follow up on pending inquiries, missed calls, abandoned leads, and dormant clients Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and ensure no lead goes untouched Drive rebooking and retention strategies to increase recurring revenue Revenue Growth Recommend additional services, upgrades, memberships, and retail products to exceed sales goals Identify upsell opportunities based on guest needs and service history Help maximize therapist and stylist productivity through strategic scheduling and demand management Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and monthly sales initiatives Guest Experience & Relationship Management Deliver an elevated guest journey from first inquiry through ongoing retention Build relationships that create trust, loyalty, and repeat business Resolve scheduling changes or guest concerns with professionalism and urgencyEnsure every client touchpoint reflects the Vibe luxury brand Operations & Performance Tracking Monitor booking trends, conversion rates, rebooking percentages, and retail sales Keep accurate guest notes, preferences, and follow‑up reminders in scheduling systems Collaborate with stylists and therapists to optimize schedules and client flow What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, luxury service, client relations, or business development Proven success converting leads, upselling services, and achieving goals Strong pipeline management and follow‑up discipline Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and time management skills Warm, confident communicator who can build rapport quickly Tech‑savvy and comfortable using booking, CRM, or scheduling software Self‑motivated, energetic, and accountable for results Professional appearance and passion for beauty, wellness, hospitality, or luxury experiences Compensation & Incentives Quarterly performance incentives tied to rebooking percentages Why Join Vibe Day Spa & Salon Growth‑oriented leadership team Opportunity to directly impact revenue and business success Team recognition programs Anniversary & holiday awards Resident‑funded holiday bonus Subsidized meals in our Bistro 401(k) matching PTO and paid vacation days Ideal Candidate You love the energy of sales, understand the importance of follow‑up, know how to fill a calendar, and take pride in turning every inquiry into opportunity.
