Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support senior patients in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
