Dear prospective team member,

KNEAD Hospitality + Design has expanded into Philadelphia, and Mi Vida Philadelphia is looking for experienced, passionate Servers to join our team.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in providing exceptional service, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and understand that great hospitality is about creating memorable experiences for every guest.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous server experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
A team-first mindset and willingness to support your fellow team members
Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized service
