What You'll Do
- Provide patient care activities in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
- Assist with ventilator management and other respiratory therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Train RT personnel in critical care procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions
- Adhere to hospital safety and infection control protocols
What You Need
- Valid Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
- Prior experience in critical care or emergency settings preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols
