If you're looking for a career where you can help make a difference in the lives of others alongside a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!What We ValueClient CommitmentIntegrityA Will to WinTeamworkPersonal AccountabilityPassionWhat You'll DoAs a Trial Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You'll oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.Engaging with Clients: You'll maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You'll conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.Advocating in Trials: You'll serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for our clients.What You NeedLegal Accumen: A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil lit is preferred.Licensure: Active and in good standing with the your local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.Trial Experience: Extensive jury trial experience and a deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
