Position: Claims Specialist/Billing Specialist Location: Boise, Idaho Work Arrangement: In Person Interview: In-Person Interview Start Date: ASAP Role Overview Claims Specialist/Billing Specialist Contact healthcare providers to obtain missing documentation. Review and route bills through the system to the Claims Examiner for payment. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly processed. Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Communicate effectively with victims and providers via phone and email. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating with victims and healthcare providers. Ability to follow established procedures and workflows. Comfortable working with data-entry systems and confidential information. Medical bill-paying knowledge is a plus , including: CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) Medical records and related documentation Professional, organized, and dependable approach to work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
