Data Entry Associate (3rd Shift)Location: College Park One, GA Duration: 12-month contract Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (W2) Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Thursday night – Monday night | 5 days onsiteKey Requirements10-key numeric keypad proficiencyPrevious data entry experienceStrong problem-solving abilityRole OverviewResponsible for accurately and timely keying information from scanned images or physical documents based on client instructions while meeting strict quality and production standards.Core ResponsibilitiesEnter and verify data using full keyboard and numeric padFollow screen prompts and customer instructions preciselyIdentify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactionsMeet customer-defined deadlines and productivity targetsReport system or processing issues promptlyPerform additional operational tasks as assignedRequired Skills & AbilitiesPC literate with strong typing accuracyDetail-oriented with high quality standardsAbility to work under pressure and meet high-volume demandsEffective communication and teamwork skillsPrioritization and organizational abilityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAdaptability in an automated processing environmentLogical problem-solving and error detectionUnderstanding of basic data processing and Lockbox conceptsGood hand-eye coordination and sustained focus
