Surgical Technologist (Bilingual English/Spanish) – OR & Front Office

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Surgical Technologist who is comfortable working both in the Operating Room and supporting front office operations . Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon and clinical team before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment.
• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the surgical experience.
• Educate patients and confidently discuss procedures with professionalism and compassion.
• Utilize strong communication and sales skills to help patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment plans.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with front office responsibilities when not in the OR.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
• Effectively multitask and adapt to the daily needs of the practice.

Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist experience required.
• Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or surgical practice required.
• Cosmetic surgery experience is highly preferred.
• Experience assisting physicians performing liposuction procedures is a strong plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in both clinical and administrative roles.
• Available to start immediately.
