CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking two (2) highly motivated CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Project Managers for immediate openings (ASAP) to support a large-scale semiconductor facility project in Taylor, TX. This role is primarily focused on pre-construction coordination, interface management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment among the Owner, General Contractors (GCs), designers, and subcontractors.

Unlike a traditional Contract Manager role, this position requires a hands-on project professional who can effectively manage interfaces between multiple organizations, resolve scope and responsibility gaps, and drive execution through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction coordination activities with primary emphasis on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements and their interfaces with MEP disciplines.

• Coordinate among the Owner, General Contractors, design consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Clarify ambiguous responsibilities ("gray areas") between parties and facilitate timely resolution.

• Actively participate in and facilitate: Design Review Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Trade Coordination Meetings, and Cross-functional Interface Workshops.

• Track decisions, action items, responsibilities, and closure status.

• Understand contractual relationships between Owner contracts, GC agreements, and subcontract agreements to support the resolution of contract-related coordination issues.

Required Qualifications

• Language: Bilingual (Korean and English) is REQUIRED.

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction, EPC, industrial, semiconductor, or manufacturing projects.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.

• Strong background in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) coordination processes.

• Ability to identify and resolve scope gaps and responsibility conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, or industrial megaprojects.

• Familiarity with EPC, Design-Build, CMAR, or large industrial project delivery models.

• Experience working directly with Korean owners, contractors, or engineering organizations.
