Location: Nashville, TN or Weehawken, NJ (100% onsite)
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday | 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (following training)
Role Description
Our client is seeking customer-focused professionals to join their Client Services team as a Customer Support Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and want to build valuable experience within a global financial institution.
Training Period:
Standard business hours and weekdays during onboarding and training.

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for branch employees and internal stakeholders, helping resolve inquiries and deliver an exceptional support experience.
Responsibilities
• Managing inbound phone, chat, and support requests in a multi-channel environment
• Assisting users with account services, processes, and system navigation
• Providing Tier 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting
• Logging, documenting, and escalating issues through ticketing systems
• Delivering timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Following through on issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Skills & Requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong typing and written communication skills
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred Technical Experience
• Active Directory
• Citrix
• Good for Enterprise
• Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Windows operating systems
• Basic networking concepts
• Remote access support tools
• Hardware troubleshooting (monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc.)
