Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid, current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor, paired with a non-judgmental approach to client care.
\n
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload confidently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions with any professional board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in remote therapy or telehealth services, particularly with adult populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Background in crisis intervention and emergency therapeutic responses.
