Advance your expertise in a dynamic, evolving industry.Job DescriptionOverviewLead fund administration for cutting-edge digital asset investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Oversee financial reporting processes, including SEC filings and shareholder communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of innovative cryptocurrency funds.Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP standards and digital asset valuation practices, maintaining high-quality financial reporting.Manage NAV calculations, fund expense accruals, and reconciliations, ensuring operational precision and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with custodians, auditors, and fund accountants to ensure seamless operations.Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and industry trends impacting digital asset funds.Drive continuous improvement in fund administration processes and workflows, enhancing operational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities & DutiesAdminister operational and regulatory processes for cryptocurrency and digital asset investment funds, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Coordinate and review regulatory filings, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and NPORT, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.Support fund governance and risk management initiatives, enhancing accountability and compliance.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and streamline fund administration processes.Oversee fund documentation, including prospectuses and offering materials, ensuring clarity and compliance.Ensure accuracy in NAV calculations, fund expense reconciliations, and financial reporting.Manage relationships with custodians, fund accountants, auditors, and legal counsel, fostering collaboration and reliability.Monitor regulatory changes impacting digital asset funds, adapting processes to maintain compliance.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years in fund administration, with 15 years preferred for senior-level expertise.At least 2 years of direct experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain-related funds required.CPA certification or equivalent professional accreditation strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of SEC filings, U.S. GAAP, and digital asset valuation standards.Familiarity with blockchain data analysis and crypto custody auditing processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficient understanding of mutual fund operations and Investment Company Act of 1940 requirements.
