About the Role:

Gozel Law Firm PC is seeking a licensed US Attorney with experience in removal defense .

Skills and Experience:

Licensed to practice law in the US and in good standing with your state bar
Position requires travel for court hearings/interviews
Prior experience as a U.S. Immigration Judge or DHS attorney is highly desirable
Removal Defense experience is a must
Spanish or Turkish fluency is a plus
Strong verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail, yet able to see the broader perspective
Excellent writing skills, including both technical proficiency and the ability to craft persuasive arguments
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot independently

Salary is commensurate with experience.
