Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to drive robotics technology adoption in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The role involves developing account launch strategies, training surgical teams on the ROSA system, and supporting customer implementations across orthopedic facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific launch plans for new surgical technology platforms
- Lead training programs for surgeons, clinical staff, and administrators on ROSA system operation
- Coordinate system installations and in-service training with field service and technology teams
- Provide clinical support during technology-enabled surgical cases
- Manage administrative duties and maintain documentation compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated presentation and product demonstration skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
