Revenue & People Operations Supervisor

Position Overview

The Revenue & People Operations Supervisor supports the daily financial and people operations of the location, performing the hands-on work of cash office administration, HQ reporting, accounts payable coordination, and day-to-day people operations tasks across the employee lifecycle. This role may supervise assigned team members, providing task direction and quality checks on their work under the guidance of the General Manager.

The Revenue & People Operations Supervisor operates primarily through direct execution of established processes — cash reconciliation, timekeeping administration, onboarding coordination — escalating discrepancies, policy questions, and non-routine issues to site leadership rather than resolving them independently. Their core responsibility is the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of daily financial and people-operations tasks that keep the location running.

Responsibilities

Cash & Revenue Operations

This role performs the daily work of cash office administration and financial reporting, following established HQ processes and escalating variances to the Management team.

• Supervise assigned cashiers, evaluate performance, and coach and document cash handling practices
• Oversee daily cash office operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely completion of HQ-required reporting
• Complete required HQ reporting, including Petty Cash, OSCR, Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance Reports, Invoicing, Fintech, and Sales by Stand reports
• Administer HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions and reports
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, overshipments, or arrange emergency shipments
• Meet fiscal deadlines and communicate financial variances to the Management team promptly
• Support payroll and controllable profit tracking within established budget guidelines through scheduling and coverage planning

Administrative & Facilities Support

This role provides day-to-day administrative and facilities support for the location, following established procedures and communicating issues to the appropriate team.

• Maintain storage systems and warehousing procedures to support efficient use of space
• Provide branch administrative support, including phones, word processing, and related office functions
• Document and communicate discrepancies, including employee accountability issues, to the office and Management team
• Communicate routinely with SSA HQ, the Director of Audits and Controls, the Office Team, and the client and site Management Team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and support SSAfety training and daily operational expectations

Employee Lifecycle Support

This role supports the day-to-day people operations function, executing established onboarding and recruiting processes and escalating exceptions to site leadership.

• Support the on-site employee experience from hire to exit, helping build a welcoming and engaged team culture
• Help execute HQ-led and local employee engagement activities under the direction of leadership
• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day questions on EAP, leave, and benefit programs, directing employees to the correct resource
• Support the recruiting cycle for hourly roles, including postings, pipeline management, screening, and interview coordination
• Own end-to-end onboarding coordination and start-date readiness, including new hire documentation, uniforms, badges, and access credentials

Training, Timekeeping & Compliance

This role administers timekeeping and training tracking per established company processes, flagging discrepancies and escalating recurring patterns rather than resolving policy questions independently.

• Ensure timeclocks are set up and working properly, with employee time records accurate and approvals submitted within payroll deadlines
• Help department managers track attendance trends, absences, tardiness, and missing punches, flagging discrepancies for manager follow-up per established processes
• Coordinate site-level training for new hires and frontline team members on policies and day-to-day practices
• Track completion of required training and maintain training records to company standard
• Support employee separations with proper documentation and a respectful, compliant offboarding process
• Support site-level compliance with employment law, recordkeeping, and SSAfety standards, partnering with Payroll, People Department, and HQ

Team Leadership & Development

Where this role supervises assigned team members, it provides day-to-day task direction and coaching rather than independent management authority.

• Model accountability, professionalism, and strong work ethic for the team
• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work of assigned team members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of core processes
• Provide clear direction, training, and coaching to help team members perform consistently
• Monitor workload and process execution to maintain efficiency and responsiveness at the location

Profile We're Looking For: Education & Experience

• Five years of cash handling experience
• Three to five years of administrative, cash room, or related operational experience
• Prior experience coordinating or supervising the work of others in a fast-paced operational environment
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, employee records, or attendance/timekeeping administration (including I-9 compliance and recordkeeping)
• Experience supporting a frontline, hourly, or seasonal workforce preferred
• All educational backgrounds accepted; ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus
• Bilingual skills, if relevant to the workforce population, a plus

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes up to 35–50 lbs as necessary
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires
• Valid driver's license required for roles involving a company vehicle or golf cart, subject to DMV check

Work Environment

The Revenue & People Operations Supervisor works on-site in an active hospitality environment, splitting time between cash office administration, general office support, and frontline coordination on the operations floor. The role requires flexibility to move between financial reconciliation, people-operations tasks, and hands-on team support within the same shift, while meeting daily HQ reporting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-Time, non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay.
