About the Opportunity

We are an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving the Northern Virginia area. Our organization is currently looking for a Fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to become part of our dedicated team. This role is based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, and offers a supportive and stable environment within a private group recognized for its clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling options.

Position Highlights

• Highly Competitive Compensation with Exceptional Benefits

• Hourly rate between $180-$200, including RVU and shift differentials
• Average patient volume of 50-60 per day, with a transfer rate of less than 5%
• Employment includes benefits, 401(k), and paid malpractice insurance
• Work schedule consists of 13 shifts per month (6 AM - 4 PM, 2 PM - midnight, 9 PM - 7 AM)
• Access to a brand new inpatient unit

Practice Environment

• Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):
• 40,000 adult emergency department visits and approximately 20,000 pediatric emergency department visits annually
• 33-bed adult emergency department and 11-bed pediatric emergency department
• Designated Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, with Cath Lab, MICU, and STICU
• Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System
• Utilization of Epic EMR

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Pediatric Emergency Medicine Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible for a Virginia medical license
