About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to support yard operations in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will operate forklifts, handle materials, support yard cleanup, place dunnage between steel beams, conduct cycle counts, and prepare materials for shipment. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors, capable of lifting 2550 lbs, and able to stand for 1012 hours. Your safety and efficiency are critical to maintaining smooth yard operations and ensuring timely shipment of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to move materials and supplies within the yard.
• Perform material handling tasks including placing dunnage between steel beams.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Support yard cleanup and organize materials for shipment.
• Handle yard work outdoors, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with PPE and safety standards, including wearing steel-toe boots.
• Support loading and unloading operations as required.
• Maintain forklift and other equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties to support yard operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 2550 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 1012 hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Steel-toe boots and PPE required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification.
