District Manager (Multi-Unit QSR) - Chicago South Side, IL - $90,000-$100,000/year

The Restaurant Zone is hiring on behalf of a growing quick-service restaurant group operating high-volume locations across Chicago's South Side and south suburbs.

What We Offer:

- Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

What You'll Do:

- Oversee daily operations across 5 quick-service restaurants in one district

- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams

- Own district P&L, including food cost, labor, and sales targets

- Drive speed of service, drive-thru times, and guest satisfaction

- Manage hiring, training, and retention to build a strong bench

- Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at every unit

- Review weekly sales and controllables and build action plans to hit goals

What We Need:

- 3+ years of multi-unit or district management in QSR or fast food

- Experience owning P&L and controlling food and labor costs

- Leadership of General Managers across multiple locations

- Availability for a field-based role covering several sites daily

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:

- Wendy's or comparable high-volume QSR brand background

- Experience running urban, high-volume restaurants

- Familiarity with the Chicago South Side and south suburbs market
