Glee Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our caring and modern cosmetic dental practice in Encinitas, CA. You will support our dentists by assisting chairside, taking X-rays, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping to ensure every patient feels comfortable and valued. Dental assistant

Assist dentists during procedures, including chairside support
Take high-quality dental X-rays in accordance with California regulations
Prepare, stock, and sterilize treatment rooms and dental instruments
Support front and back office operations in a cross-trained role
Maintain an organized and welcoming clinical environment
Educate patients and ensure their comfort throughout treatment

full-time $18 - $28 per hour

Typical hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Valid California Radiology (X-ray) Certification
Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in maintaining an organized workspace
Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
Dependable, compassionate, a team player with a positive attitude

Experience with Open Dental software
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
