About the Role:

Join East Coast Dental Care as an Associate Dentist, where you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional dental care in a supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to improving patients' smiles and overall oral health while ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.

Provide preventive care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Assist in restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies.

Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active dental license in the state of Massachusetts.

Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Experience with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.

Positive attitude and a compassionate demeanor toward patients.
