Industrial TechnicianThe Industrial Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and mechanical systems in various industrial settings. This role requires advanced knowledge and skills in mechanical systems, precision alignment, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain industrial equipment conveying systems, and major machine centersRead and understand drawings such as blueprints and schematics.Perform preventive maintenance and hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshootingPractice safe work habitsUse of hand and power toolsOperation of shop and maintenance related equipmentPerform proper alignments of process equipmentWork with foreman to complete daily tasksEducationMust have a high school diploma or equivalent.Experience2 years verifiable work experience preferred.Knowledge Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of rigging and material handlingDemonstrated strong communication and documentation skillsMust be a self-starter who can work safely under high-pressure situationsMust have experience in aggregate or agricultural millwright services.Must be capable of performing skilled labor for up to 12 hours a day.Must be able to work on equipment 50+ feet in the air on occasion.Must be willing to travel for work with some overnight travel necessary.Must be dependable and operate with a high level of integrity.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Welding & fabricating experience is a plus.Work Location and TravelThe main offices are located at 1171 Grill Rd.
