Job Opportunity Position Details We are seeking a qualified professional for a dynamic respiratory therapy position. This role requires flexibility with scheduling, encompassing both day and night shifts in a variable format. Shift Schedule
- Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
- Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Variable shifts, including days and nights
- Valid California RRT certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system required
- Willingness to work every other or every third weekend
- Experience in community hospital settings
- Experience with Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facilities is a plus
- Aerosol setup for trach patients
- Assisting in high-risk deliveries
- Managing and troubleshooting ventilation equipment
- Performing intubation assists and suctioning
- Interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs)
- Conducting patient transport and care
- Neonates
