Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho
• Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• First-time travelers accepted
• New graduates not accepted
• Physical therapist assistants not accepted

Location Highlights

Newnan, Georgia offers access to both small-city convenience and metro Atlanta connections. Downtown Newnan features a historic courthouse square and a large collection of preserved 19th-century homes, and it sits about 40 miles southwest of Atlanta. Chattahoochee Bend State Park is about 20 miles away and offers hiking, paddling, and riverfront views, while Interstate 85 provides a direct route for regional travel. The area also includes Ashley Park for shopping and dining, and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is roughly a 35 to 45 mile drive depending on route and traffic.
