Our Client is seeking licensed health insurance agents in Utah to join a growing team supporting individuals and families with their healthcare coverage needs. This fully remote opportunity offers the ability to work with a comprehensive suite of health insurance solutions while helping clients understand their options and make informed enrollment decisions. Candidates must hold an active health insurance license and be free of UHC, Humana, and Aetna carrier appointments. REWARDS Hourly pay of $20-$22 + bonuses Fully remote work schedule Opportunity to grow within a dynamic health insurance organization REQUIREMENTS Current, active Health Insurance License Must reside in Utah Must be free of UHC, Humana, and Aetna carrier appointments 1+ years of health insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment Knowledge of ACA, Medicare, or ancillary health products is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients by assessing healthcare coverage needs and recommending appropriate health insurance solutions. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, referrals, and follow-up, to generate new business opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Educate clients on plan options, premiums, deductibles, provider networks, and coverage details to ensure informed enrollment decisions and a high-quality customer experience. Complete insurance applications, maintain accurate client records, and ensure enrollments, renewals, and policy changes are processed in compliance with state and federal regulations, carrier guidelines, and HIPAA requirements. Provide ongoing client support by resolving policy questions, assisting with renewals, addressing coverage concerns, and serving as a trusted resource throughout the policy lifecycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
