Schedule: Night Shift; 7:00 PM-7:30 AM; 12-Hour Shifts

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lebanon, Oregon. The RN will provide critical care nursing to patients with complex and high-risk conditions requiring intensive monitoring, assessment, and clinical intervention.


The ideal candidate will have strong critical care assessment skills and experience caring for high-acuity patients in an ICU/CCU environment.


Responsibilities

• Assess and provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients in the ICU/CCU.
• Continuously monitor patient condition, recognize significant clinical changes, and initiate appropriate critical care interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while evaluating patient response and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate Epic documentation and communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the critical care team to coordinate safe, timely, and effective patient care throughout the assigned shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of Recent Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care Registered Nurse Experience Required.
• Current, Unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse License Required at Time of Submission.
• Current Healthcare Provider Level BLS Certification Required.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Certifications Required; PALS Certification Preferred.
• Ability to Work 12-Hour Night Shifts, Rotating Weekends, and Required Holiday Coverage; Epic EMR Experience Preferred.
