Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Up to $30k recruiting incentives; a sign-on bonus is available for clinicians with urgent care or emergency department experience, eligibility for bonus amounts is based on years of experience. A relocation bonus may also be available.

Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time & Per Diem roles between 8-14 shifts per month, open 8am-8pm. Provider schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Position Summary

Successful providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it convenient, friendly and accessible for all. Driven by collaboration, providers practice evidence-based medicine and deliver a ‘wow’ experience for each patient.

Requirements

Active state license (active/good standing) by the time of employment.

Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting.

Preferred: Confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously – additional training provided as needed.
