Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – Freeport, Maine Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Freeport, Maine. In this role you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while traveling. Responsibilities Provide delivery of physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maine physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required). Outpatient clinic experience preferred; preference for candidates with experience in musculoskeletal care, post‑operative rehab, or orthopedic outpatient settings. Experience with common outpatient equipment and documentation systems preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re‑education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Employment Type: Travel.
